CAREERS AT ORIGENNT / PEOPLE WHO MAKE THINGS MOVE

Make work matter.

ORIGENNT works at the point where strategy meets execution. We bring structure to businesses, help teams work better and turn ambitious plans into practical progress. If you care about the quality of the work—not just the title—there may be a place for you here.

01 / THE ORIGENNT POINT OF VIEW

Good work is not a title.
It is a contribution.

ORIGENNT is a management consulting and business enablement company. We help startups, MSMEs, institutions and growing organisations strengthen the systems behind their ambitions—from business structure and people operations to growth, implementation and execution.

That means our work is practical, collaborative and accountable. We value people who ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, learn quickly and follow through. You do not need to fit one mould. You do need to be clear about what you bring, what you want to learn and how you work with others.

02 / CHOOSE YOUR WAY IN

Different paths.
One standard of intent.

Start with the kind of contribution you want to make. Each pathway has a different commitment, selection process and outcome. Choose the one that matches your circumstances—not the one with the most attractive label.

PAID INTERNSHIPS · VIA LAUNCHPAD

Build your capability.
Not just your CV.

ORIGENNT works on real business challenges: research, operations, people systems, client communication, process improvement, analytics and growth. Through our Launchpad internship pathway, interns can develop practical skills, understand how work moves across a business and build evidence of what they can do.

This is intended for students, recent graduates and early-career applicants who are ready to learn with discipline, accept feedback and take responsibility for assigned work. The exact role, learning plan, fee or stipend terms, duration and eligibility must be reviewed on the Launchpad listing before applying; do not assume every internship has identical terms.

Why it may fitStructured exposure, practical tasks, feedback and a clearer view of how organisations operate.
What to considerLearning requires consistent effort; a placement or future job is not guaranteed.

REFERRAL & AFFILIATE PARTNERS

Relationships that create
real opportunity.

Know a business that needs help with growth, management systems, recruitment, operations, training or implementation? Our referral and affiliate pathway is for people who can make relevant introductions, build trust and help the right conversations happen.

It may suit independent professionals, business communities, consultants, creators, industry connectors and people with a credible network. The goal is not to spam contacts or promise outcomes; it is to understand the need, make a consent-based introduction and let ORIGENNT assess fit and scope.

Why it may fitFlexible collaboration, relationship-led work and the ability to build a professional network.
What to considerIncome is not automatic. Eligibility, attribution, commission, payment triggers and exclusions must be agreed in writing before any engagement.

FREELANCERS & SPECIALISTS

Bring your expertise.
Make it useful.

We are interested in capable independent professionals who can deliver a defined outcome in their area of expertise. Depending on client requirements, this may include strategy and research, HR, recruitment, finance, process design, digital and technology, automation, analytics, design, content, training or project implementation.

Freelance collaboration is best for people who can scope work clearly, communicate risks early, meet agreed deadlines and provide work samples or evidence of relevant experience. Engagements are project- and requirement-dependent; submitting a profile does not mean a project is available now.

Why it may fitSpecialist work, defined deliverables and flexibility across suitable projects.
What to considerWork volume can vary; scope, fees, milestones, IP, confidentiality and payment terms need written agreement.

EMPLOYMENT & CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Take ownership.
Grow with the work.

When roles are open, ORIGENNT looks for people who can help build reliable systems and deliver for clients. Opportunities may arise across business development, operations, HR, consulting support, research, technology, marketing, finance and coordination.

We look beyond keywords on a résumé. We want to understand how you solve problems, handle responsibility, communicate under pressure and learn from feedback. Please apply with a specific role in mind where possible; general profiles may be retained for consideration only where appropriate.

Why it may fitA chance to contribute to team goals, build professional depth and take on increasing responsibility.
What to considerApplications are reviewed against actual requirements; there is no promise of a vacancy, interview or offer.

CAMPUS & INSTITUTIONAL COLLABORATION

Connect learning
to the real world.

We welcome conversations with colleges, universities, incubators, professional communities and ecosystem organisations interested in practical exposure, skill development, industry interaction, projects or relevant programme partnerships.

Institutional collaboration begins with shared objectives, a clear audience and realistic delivery expectations. Send us the institution or community you represent, the outcome you are working toward and a proposed next step.

Why it may fitBuild relevant connections between learners, organisations and practical business work.
What to considerPartnerships require coordination, clear ownership and agreement on scope and responsibilities.
Discuss a collaboration ↘
CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME

Bring opportunity
closer to campus.

The ORIGENNT Campus Ambassador pathway is designed for students who want to build professional networks, share relevant opportunities with their campus community and help connect learners with practical exposure to business, careers and entrepreneurship.

Ambassadors may help communicate approved programmes, identify student and institutional interests, coordinate campus-level outreach and gather feedback. This is a representation and community-building role—not a promise of a job, stipend, internship selection or guaranteed certificate. Any incentives, recognition, responsibilities and duration will be communicated in writing for the specific cohort before participation.

Who should applyProactive students with strong communication, reliability, campus connections and an interest in careers, business or entrepreneurship.
What to considerIt requires consistent follow-through, respectful outreach and time alongside studies. Do not make unauthorised promises or spam students.
