Which colleges can partner with ORIGENNT?
Any accredited college or institute — engineering, management, arts, science, pharmacy, law, or polytechnic — can partner with us. We work with Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 institutions across Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal. There are no minimum student size requirements for the Campus Connect plan.
Do companies pay to access campus talent?
Hiring companies are not charged a fixed annual fee. We work on a per-placement model (charged to the employer as a percentage of first-year CTC) or a retainer model for bulk hiring mandates. The exact structure is agreed during the engagement discussion — please fill the employer enquiry form to get a customised proposal.
How quickly can a college begin receiving campus drives?
After MOU signing and student registration, the first campus drive can be organised within 6–10 weeks. In urgent cases where a company has an immediate hiring need, we have placed students within 3 weeks of college onboarding.
Is the pre-placement training compulsory?
For the Campus Accelerator and Campus Excellence plans, pre-placement training is embedded and highly recommended — our data shows students who complete full training are placed at 3x the rate of untrained peers. For the Campus Connect plan, training is optional and can be added as a module.
Can students from any college register directly?
Yes. Students can register with ORIGENNT directly, even if their college is not a formal partner. Direct student registrations are free of charge. We assess your profile, map you to relevant drives, and provide access to our preparation resources and employer network.
What sectors do your employer partners hire from?
Our 180+ employer partners span IT/ITES, BFSI, e-commerce, BPO/ITES, consulting, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, edtech, and infrastructure. We match students to sectors based on their academic background and career preferences.
How are campus drives conducted — on-site or virtual?
Both formats are available. On-site drives are conducted at the partner college by ORIGENNT's drive team. Virtual drives use our partner assessment platform with AI proctoring, allowing students to participate from campus and employers to assess candidates remotely. Many of our drives now operate in a hybrid format.
What documentation does ORIGENNT provide for NAAC/NBA?
Partner colleges on the Accelerator and Excellence plans receive complete placement documentation — student-wise offer data, salary benchmarks by department, employer details, offer letter copies, and year-on-year comparison reports — formatted for NAAC/NBA submission requirements.
