Do you work with companies outside Odisha?
Yes. While ORIGENNT is headquartered in Bhubaneswar, we operate across 12+ states. Our payroll and compliance practice manages multi-state employers with employees in Odisha, West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, and others. Our consulting and analytics teams work remotely and on-site as required. State location is not a constraint.

Our payroll and compliance practice uses fixed monthly pricing (per employee or per plan). Our consulting and analytics engagements are typically fixed-scope with milestone-based payments. We do not charge hourly for most work — we prefer outcome-based structures that align our incentives with your results. Custom pricing is available for large enterprises.
What happens when regulatory requirements change?
ORIGENNT maintains a regulatory watch function across all practice areas. When laws change — as they did with the November 2025 Labour Codes and the new Income Tax Act 2025 — we proactively update all client engagements, adjust payroll configurations, and brief clients on implications before deadlines arrive. You will never be caught off-guard by a regulatory change when ORIGENNT is engaged.
Do you sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements?
Yes — always. Every ORIGENNT engagement begins with a signed NDA and data confidentiality agreement. Employee payroll data, business strategy documents, and financial information shared with us is processed under strict confidentiality and never shared with third parties. We follow India's DPDP Act 2023 norms and maintain encrypted records as required by the November 2025 Labour Codes.
